The information in your medical records is kept in strict confidence and will not be released to any person or agency, including insurance companies and attorneys, without your written consent. A formal letter will be sent to your physician if he or she referred you, discussing my findings and recommenations. A non-specific thank you card may be sent to the person that referred you to Dr. Zacher. Photos may be taken before and after surgery as part of your medical record and may also be used for teaching purposes. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
